Saturday Scavenger Hunt: Season
Today is a four-in-one post featuring the word, season. It was J's first art commission. A woman on CraigsList wanted a Four Seasons series as done by a child for her child's bedroom. I helped him with some of the details and a little of the composition, but these are largely his doings based on his ideas. They're oil pastels as a resist with watercolor washes over it. He did a great job and she was very happy. I think he got $60. Not bad for an 8yo.

Those are wonderful! Talented just like his mom. Is his dad artistic too?
