Noregrets chose the word. I had to cheat.
zeph·yr
n.
1. The west wind. A gentle breeze.
2. Any of various soft light fabrics, yarns, or garments.
3. Something that is airy, insubstantial, or passing.
I'll attempt one of each.
1. Anything more than a zephyr would have knocked over my fruit-laden apple tree with its stretched roots' underbellies exposed.
2. The swags were zephyrs draping the gymnasium walls to create mood.
3. A delicate flower becomes many zephyrs in the woods.

A bulletin board-type site to talk about bloggers!
It’s brand new – get it going the way you would like to see it! New topics at will, and forums by request are yours for the asking.
Blogs are a wonderful way for the blogger to express his or her viewpoint…but they don’t allow much feedback if you happen to disagree, or if you really agree and want to amplify on it.
Razzlefratz.com provides a clean slate for you to vent…praise…flame…whatever.
Good job on the word. You always post more than enough examples. Good work.
I have a couple of possibilities in mind for next week....
You totally worked it out. Way to go, Cricket.
I like that little delicate, pink flower!
I like all three very much... and a bonus too- zephyr spam!
Too funny, no regrets. You brought 'em out of the woodwork.
Beautiful job on the word!
